MY STORY
I grew up in Perth, Australia, the most isolated city in the entire world! I have always been desperate to see more of the world and now I am to travel to every country!
In 2023 I decided to quit my degree studying medicine in favour of being a broke, homeless backpacker … it was the best decision I have ever made! I am so grateful that I get to share my travels and my knowledge with a community of people who have an appreciation for adventure and curiosity.
MY ADVENTURES
Travelling is never only about visiting historical sites or lounging on pretty beaches. Part of what makes backpacking so amazing is the people you meet and the cultures you experience. I have had amazing times across England, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Greece, Indonesia, and Thailand.
The next adventures I hope to share with you will be from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Albania!
MY MISSION
My goal is to help young and budget travellers realise there is so much of the world they can see on a budget. My blog is tailored towards backpacking because I want travel to be accessible to everyone.
While I was growing up and even today I am constantly told how it is impossible to travel for life. I have always been reminded to ‘be realistic’ in my goals of adventuring the world. I want to help you break through these opinions that may be holding you back from travelling so that you can release your wanderlust.
